AURIST™ GHI (INCI: Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba (Guar) Gum) is an all-natural rheology modifier extracted from the endosperm of the Guar plant. AURIST™ GHI forms high viscosity solutions at low concentration and can be blended with other hydrocolloids, in particular Xanthan gum.
